Fully compatible with SCS Concept wrenches, can be installed on any tool on the production line. It provides the 3D coordinates to the assembly software to verify the tool position on the production station.

The system has a spatial resolution of 1 cm and works with ultrasound technology. The transmitter is mounted on the instrument. A set of receivers picks up the signal and provides the position to the customer’s system.

The position recognition system can also be integrated with the augmented reality system that projects visual instructions on the production piece, connected to the SCS Concept VPG + software, for a complete error proof assembly solution.
