SCS Concept has launched a new automatic torque/angle wrench tester. The test is executed according to VDI/VDE 2645 part 2 and VDI/VDE 2647.
The rotating arm is activated by a pendant control box, which manages the test in semi-automatic or automatic mode.
The torque and angle results from the wrench under test can be retrieved via USB for a fully automatic compared test.
The FTA transducer can be lowered down to permit testing wrenches with extensions, to evaluate the effect of the extension itself on the wrench measurement.
The FTA bench is available in the 3 ÷ 300 Nm, 5 ÷ 500 Nm or 10 ÷ 1000 Nm models.
The bench is powered by 220 or 110 VAC with internal backup batteries for the PC.
