Elle peut remplacer les cl\u00e9s \u00e0 cliquet d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9es sur les lignes de production, avec un minimum d&#8217;effort en termes de formation des op\u00e9rateurs, mais en fournissant un retour d&#8217;information (LED et rapport envoy\u00e9 au dispositif de contr\u00f4le\/logiciel) et en s&#8217;interfa\u00e7ant avec le syst\u00e8me de production du client.<\/p>\n<p>Cette solution est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans la s\u00e9curisation du vissage. La cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9e au logiciel SCS Concept VPG+ (Visual Production Guide), et fonctionne comme n&#8217;importe quel outil utilis\u00e9 dans la station de production. Elle est programm\u00e9e par le logiciel et envoie le retour d&#8217;information en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 CLS peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me de production du client en utilisant l&#8217;un des contr\u00f4leurs: FIM EVO ou Freedom Control Box (FCB).
